Refund Policy:

Change of Mind Returns: Go Get Appliances, being a factory 2nd store, does not accept change of mind returns. However, if the item doesn’t fit your measurements or purpose, a refund of 85% of the item value can be issued. Please note that the delivery cost is non-refundable. – *Additional Pickup Cost:* A charge of $40-70 will apply for the pickup of the purchased goods from your location. 


Exchange Policy:

  1.Timeframe: Items can be exchanged within 5 days under reasonable circumstances, provided the item remains unused during this period.

  2.Additional Cost: There will be an additional cost associated with picking up the returned appliance and delivering the new one. 


Faulty Product: In the rare instance of our product being found faulty by our technician more than twice within 6 months of your warranty period , we offer a 100% refund.
